Biodegradable Plastic

Biodegradable plastic, called green plastic in Taiwan, it is less harmful to the environment because it can be decomposed into ‎H2O and CO2 in the enough humid environment by oxygen and microorganism. At present day , biodegradable materials are mainly mean to the following two products;polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and polylactic acid (PLA). PLA needs to be decomposed in high temperature and humidity, while PVA only need enough humidity and microorganisms to be decomposed.
The main ingredient of water-soluble material is polyvinyl alcohol (PVA). It is widely used polymer, because of the water-soluble specification and its characteristic is between plastic and rubber.

Main Purpose:

  • Film and Bags:

    • Putting harmful substance into plastic films to avoid direct contact, such as medical laundry net, poop bags for pets and feed bags for fish farming.

    • Water-soluble mulching film, decomposed slowly by bacteria into H2O and CO2 to solve the soil acidification problem.

  • Injection Molding:

    • Water-soluble injection molding products are innoxious after being decomposed, such as golf ball, urn and toy gun bullet.

  • Medium:

    • It could be the best medium of sewage treatment bacteria if combing with superabsorbent polymers, such as soil modifier and sewage carrier.

  • Slurry:

    • It also could made into water-soluble mask, coating or spray finishing products of car or plant wall.

Product Name: Water-soluble plastic bag
Introduction: Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) is a widely used high molecular polymer whose property ranging between plastic and rubber. The PVA made disposable garbage bags, which are suitable for dumping into septic tanks, composting yards or treatment plants with large amounts of water and microorganisms. Poop bags can be discarded in public toilet without taking home or throwing into trash cans.

Application:

  1. Vomiting bag

  2. Laundry Net

  3. Potty bag

  4. Fruit and vegetable bag

  5. Bag for natural burial

  6. Poop bag
